... how awesome the Akidoflow Training Academy truly is. Bought the Street Self Defence Masterclass, having no experience in Akido. Due to the very thorough and thoughtful way this class is laid out, I'm learning a heck of lot. The slow motion section at the end of each class really helps in the learning. Yes, learning a martial art via video seems like a stretch, however, these guys got it right, and then some. VERY happy I did this!
